Clicking on All Cylinders: How Principals Strategically Support Beginning Special Educators' Development

This presentation examines special education induction and mentoring programs from the perspective of the school principal. Current research regarding the principal's role in induction programs, as well as information derived from NCIPP's ongoing research study is shared. Future steps of NCIPP's technical assistance and dissemination plans are also discussed, and tied to practical applications.
