Design Panel
The design panel meeting was planned over the course of several months. Consistent with the RFP, our goal was to obtain advice from experts on our future activities involving evaluation of innovative induction and mentoring programs. The design panel meeting was held June 24-26 in Washington, DC. During this meeting, members were given an overview of the project's activities and findings from our research syntheses and policy analysis. Members then had opportunities to provide feedback regarding evaluation questions, measures, study design, and linking outcomes to the overarching evaluation questions.
