Implementing Expert Practices in Induction and Mentoring for Special Education Teachers: A View from Two Districts

This presentation gives an overview of the most important aspects of special education induction and mentoring programs. Additionally, it describes NCIPP's ongoing study of exemplary induction and mentoring programs in the country. The three programs highlighted in this presentation are Cincinnati Public Schools, Special School District of St Louis County, and Olathe Unified School District.
